Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MingleNow.

By using the Services, you confirm that:

• You are legally able to enter into these Terms.
• The information you provide is accurate.
• You will keep your account information up to date.
• You will comply with applicable laws.
• You will not use MingleNow on behalf of another person without authorization.

MingleNow is not intended for children.

2. Your Account

You may create an account using supported authentication providers, including Google, Apple, email, or other methods made available by MingleNow.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account.
• Keeping your login credentials confidential.
• All activity performed through your account.
• Notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You must not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, or create another account to avoid a suspension or ban.

3. MingleNow Activities and Events

MingleNow allows users and authorized organizers to create, discover, join, and manage activities, events, games, and recurring activity groups. Activities and participant content are user-generated unless MingleNow states otherwise.

Activities may include:

• Sports and games.
• Fitness activities.
• Social gatherings.
• Dining and entertainment.
• Networking events.
• Outdoor activities.
• Creative activities.
• Travel or group activities.
• Other activities created by authorized users.

Activity information may include the title, description, date, time, time zone, location, capacity, price, currency, recurrence schedule, organizer information, and participant information.

Organizers are responsible for providing accurate activity details and complying with applicable laws.

MingleNow does not guarantee that an activity will take place, that an organizer will attend, or that an activity will meet your expectations.

Organizers may cancel, change, reschedule, or remove an activity. Check the activity details and any cancellation or refund terms presented for that activity before booking. Refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are subject to those stated terms, the payment provider's terms, and applicable law. Contact the organizer or MingleNow support if you need help with a booking.

4. Recurring Activities and Groups

Some activities may repeat according to a schedule selected by the organizer.

Recurring activities may create multiple sessions or group occurrences. Each occurrence may have its own:

• Date and time.
• Time zone.
• Capacity.
• Participant list.
• Availability.
• Price.
• Status.

Joining one occurrence does not necessarily mean that you have joined every occurrence in a recurring series. You are responsible for checking the details of each session.

5. Reservations, RSVPs, and Payments

MingleNow may allow you to express interest, confirm attendance, join a waitlist, or reserve a place in an activity.

Some activities may be free. Others may require payment.

For paid activities:

• Prices are shown in the applicable currency.
• Amounts may be stored using the smallest currency unit.
• Checkout is processed by the payment provider shown to you before payment (currently Ziina for online checkout).
• You authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.
• MingleNow does not store complete payment card details unless expressly stated.
• A place may not be confirmed until payment has been successfully completed.
• A payment may remain pending, expire, fail, be cancelled, or require a status check before the booking is confirmed.

Payment providers may apply their own terms, fees, restrictions, and privacy policies. If a payment appears pending, use the status-check option shown in the app or contact support before starting another payment. A payment provider's successful charge does not by itself guarantee that MingleNow has confirmed the booking; contact support if the booking remains unconfirmed.

Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and payment disputes are handled under the activity terms shown to you, the payment provider's rules, and applicable law. Account deletion does not itself refund or reverse a completed payment.

You must not use fraudulent payment details, attempt to avoid payment, or dispute a legitimate transaction without a valid reason.

6. User Profiles and Discovery

MingleNow allows users to create profiles containing information such as:

• Display name.
• Profile image.
• City and country.
• Language.
• Time zone.
• Interests.
• About information.
• Optional social links.
• Activity-related information.

Some profile summary information may be shown to signed-in users through discovery features.

Do not include sensitive personal information in your public profile.

7. Activity Invitations and Pings

MingleNow may provide invitation and ping features. You must not harass users, spam, or bypass safety controls. Recipients may accept, decline, ignore, or report invitations.

8. Messaging and Communications

MingleNow may provide activity chat, announcements, notifications, invitations, and other communication features. You are responsible for content you send or publish.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to MingleNow. You grant MingleNow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and maintain the Services, including showing it to the audiences and participants selected through the relevant features. This license does not authorize MingleNow to use your content in external advertising without your separate permission. The license ends when the content is deleted, except for copies that must remain for other users, safety, dispute resolution, or legal obligations; those copies remain subject to this license only for those purposes.

10. Safety, Blocking, and Reporting

The app provides tools to block users and report users or activities. Use the available in-app reporting tools or contact minglenowclub@gmail.com to raise a safety concern. MingleNow reviews reports and may investigate, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, contact an organizer, or refer a matter to authorities where required. Response and resolution time may depend on the nature and urgency of the report; do not use the app to report an immediate emergency.

MingleNow is a technology platform. We do not conduct criminal background checks on all users, guarantee user identities, or guarantee that every user or organizer is safe or trustworthy.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You must not violate law, impersonate others, create false profiles, threaten, harass, bully, stalk, discriminate against or exploit users, share unlawful or non-consensual content, use MingleNow for fraud or spam, scrape the Services, upload malware, or bypass safety, security, or access restrictions. You must not use the Services to arrange unlawful or harmful activity. MingleNow may remove content or restrict or terminate access when it reasonably believes these Terms or applicable law have been violated.

12. Third-Party Services

MingleNow relies on third-party services for functions such as authentication, hosting and storage, maps and place search, notifications, and payment processing. The providers may have separate terms and privacy policies, which apply to your use of their services.

13. Intellectual Property

The MingleNow name, branding, software, design, logos, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to MingleNow. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services or MingleNow content.

14. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted through the Services or on our website. Your continued use after the effective date means that you accept the updated Terms.

15. Account Suspension and Termination

You may stop using MingleNow at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account or restrict access if you violate Terms, create safety or legal risk, engage in fraud, misuse platform tools, or where required by law.

Termination may result in loss of access to profile, content, reservations, messages, or other account information, subject to applicable law and retention obligations.

You may permanently delete your account from the mobile app using Profile > Delete account. The process is also described on our account deletion page. Deletion cannot be undone. You may later register again with the same Google, Apple, email, or phone identity, but that creates a new MingleNow account and does not restore the deleted profile, messages, memberships, or activities.

16. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MingleNow is provided on an as available and as is basis. MingleNow does not guarantee user identity, conduct, event outcomes, uninterrupted operation, or complete error-free performance.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MingleNow and related parties will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use Services, user interactions, participation in activities, organizer conduct, payment provider issues, data loss, or unauthorized access beyond reasonable control.

18. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MingleNow and related parties from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Services, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of another person rights, or your participation in/organization of activities.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled by the courts located in the UAE, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
